If your contract is not appearing in the vehicle menu, try the following steps:
- Refresh the contract list: Close and reopen the Plug & Charge menu in your vehicle to refresh and update the list of available contract certificates.
- Ensure internet connectivity: Your vehicle needs an internet connection to synchronise the certificates. If you're in an underground parking garage, exit to a location with network coverage to enable synchronisation.
- Check your VIN/PCID: For proper identification between the vehicle and the contract, ensure that the correct VIN (or PCID, if applicable) was entered during contract setup. If it was entered incorrectly, please cancel the contract and create a new one with the correct VIN.
- Main user status: Each BMW has one main user and up to 6 secondary users. If you're not the main user, you won't be able to store contracts in the Plug & Charge menu. Ask the main user to store and approve the contract for you.
