Hvis du oplever autentificeringsproblemer med Plug & Charge, skal du huske følgende:

• Efter en autentificeringsfejl, vil køretøjet ikke automatisk re-autentificere, når det tilsluttes igen.

Som et alternativ kan du autentificere din opladningssession ved hjælp af en af følgende metoder:

• My BMW app: Brug digital autentificering via Charge on the Go-funktionen i My BMW appen.
• BMW Charging Card: Autentificer ved hjælp af dit BMW Charging Card ved stationen.
