For our various account types, we offer different payment methods:
Business accounts:
- Invoice / Bank transfer payment: This option is available exclusively for business clients.
- Credit card & Debit card payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX), Diners Club, Revolut, or JCP cards.
- PayPal payment
Private accounts:
- Credit Card & Debit card payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Carte Bancaire (France only). Please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX), Diners Club, Revolut, or JCP cards.
- PayPal payment
Do you accept virtual cards? If you have a virtual card, we may accept it if it passes our risk check. If your virtual card is rejected, please contact your bank for further assistance.
Always ensure that your credit/debit card has not expired. If it has, please update your payment method to a valid card.
Calling your attention to this update: For our business customers, we are replacing the traditional invoice payment option with BACS. By entering your account holder name, account number, sort code and email address, we can conveniently deduct the invoiced amount from your bank account. Please note that once you switch to BACS, you will not be able to revert to invoice payment. If you are a newly registered business customer, instead of bank transfer, only BACS payment will be available to you.
Please be aware, a switch from PayPal/Credit Card to BACS is not possible due to technical restrictions.
