To reset or update your BMW Charging login credentials, follow these steps:
Resetting your password
- Go to the BMW ID Login page, accessible via BMW ID.
- Click on "Forgot password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Tip: If you do not receive a password reset email, it is possible that your BMW ID is different from the email address that you used for registering your account. Please note that your login and communication email addresses may be different. Please try logging in with another one of your frequently used email addresses.
Changing your login email or password
To change the email address or password linked to your BMW Charging account, please visit the BMW ID page on the BMW website. This is where your login credentials are managed.
Important: You cannot change your password directly on the BMW Charging website. Any updates made on the BMW ID page will automatically apply to your BMW Charging account as well.
Updating communication email address
Once logged into your BMW Charging account:
- You can update the email address used for receiving billing and marketing communications.
Note: This change does not affect your login email address, which will remain unchanged unless updated separately via the BMW ID website.
