If your contract does not seem to be displayed, please close and re-open the Plug & Charge menu in the vehicle to see an updated list of available contract certificates.
If your contract is still not displayed, please check the following:
- Your BMW needs an internet connection to synchronise the certificates. Exit the underground car park to enable synchronisation, if necessary.
- To ensure identification between the vehicle and the contract, your PCID (or your VIN in the case of BMWs) must be correctly stored in the charging contract. Please check whether the correct VIN/PCID was entered when the contract was concluded. If not, please contact the BMW Charging customer hotline to correct the VIN in the case of a BMW Charging contract.
- Each BMW has one main user and up to 6 secondary users. If you are not the main user of the BMW vehicle, you cannot store any contracts in the Plug & Charge menu. Please ask the main user to do this for you and to approve the contract in the vehicle menu for the vehicle’s other users.
